RAN-RM Program Phases

The Renew America’s Nonprofits – Rocky Mountain Region (RAN-RM) project consists of five phases: Preliminary Energy Assessment, Level I Energy Audit, Level II Energy Audit, Retrofit Implementation, and Measurement & Verification. There are two application cycles for the program, with cycle 1 ending in January 2025 and cycle 2 running from February 2025 through July 2026. All applicants will receive a Preliminary Energy Analysis Report, and based on the energy performance of their building have the opportunity to proceed through the latter phases of the program. During each cycle, 12-18 facilities will be selected to receive retrofit upgrades targeting 25% energy use reduction across the portfolio.
